I kept hitting the same wall over and over. Needed a quick video → GIF. Different app. Split a PDF. Another app. Compress a photo. Yep… another one. After a while my phone was basically turning into a converter graveyard, so I started building something for myself that could handle all of it in one place. That’s how this app came out.There’s a small chameleon mascot (**Leo**) because, well, changing formats = adapting 🙂 sounded fun in my head. The main thing I cared about: **everything works on-device.** No uploading files, no waiting for servers, no privacy weirdness.
