Advice wanted: obsessively refreshing page

Hey all, interestingly this isn't my first venture but I can't remember how I got over it the last time. I've launched a new app which keeps picking up downloads and gaining more paid monthly subscribers. The development cycle is over and I no longer need to commit to 12 hour build days, but I cannot for the life of me switch my brain off. I'm constantly refreshing the firebase and Revenuecat dashboards to see the if numbers have gone up and I really need to stop. Has anyone else had this new venture struggle, and how did you snap yourself out of it? I could be fixing up the house or going to the gym or something
