running a small business is exhausting

so I've been running my little coffee shop for a couple of years now. and let me tell you, it's not all fun and grind. there's this constant juggling act that never seems to end. staffing, inventory, trying to find new customers. just when you think you have it figured out, something else breaks. today, the espresso machine decided to give up on life right in the middle of the morning rush. of course it did. it's like these things have a mind of their own. spent the whole day calling in repair guys and dealing with cranky customers who just want their caffeine fix. i used to like coffee. now it just haunts my dreams. it's a vicious cycle of trying to stay afloat. and don't even get me started on the paperwork. why is there always so much paperwork? do they really need to know every single bean I buy? ugh. sometimes i wonder if i should just pack it up and find a nice quiet office job. do any of you other small business owners feel like your business just exists to drive you nuts?
