Students, particularly those in higher education, often face immense pressure to perform exceptionally well. I’m a student at a university and in school I was always pushed to get the best results by my parents. I in fact did. I got the highest diploma grade for my bachelor too. But now that I’m in uni doing my masters and I am just constantly worrying about my assignments. I keep saying I have to be the best otherwise it’s not worth it for me. How do I just stop worrying about it? Because it just makes my life pure hell. How do I stop constantly overthinking about everything I do? Because as things are right now, I can’t even make myself relax, thinking that if I will, something bad will happen.
