Using AI Builders for Client Prototyping

Using AI builders to create quick, working prototypes for client discovery calls. This approach allows developers to show clients a functional app instead of abstract wireframes, leading to better understanding and higher client satisfaction.

Implementation

  • Use AI tools to build prototypes quickly.
  • Present working apps to clients during discovery calls.
  • Rebuild the prototype properly after client approval.
Key Features
  • Quick prototype creation using AI tools.
  • Presentation of working apps to clients.
  • Improved client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Higher closing rates due to effective presentations.

Ineffective Client Prototyping in Development Projects

Developers often struggle to effectively communicate their vision to clients during the early stages of a project. Traditional methods like wireframes can be abstract and fail to convey the full potential of the final product, leading to misunderstandings and lower client satisfaction.

Consequences

  • Difficulty in aligning client expectations with the developer's vision.
  • Increased risk of project rejection or dissatisfaction.
  • Lower closing rates due to ineffective presentations.

Genuine question: are any of you using AI builders for client projects?

Not as a replacement for dev work, as a prototyping tool. I've started using Emergent to build quick working prototypes for client discovery calls. Instead of showing wireframes, I show them a working app. Clients lose their minds. "This is exactly what I want!" Then I rebuild it properly. Closing rate went way up. Anyone else doing this?
