Freelancers often struggle with managing projects, invoices, and payments from different clients. This disorganization leads to wasted time and inefficiency, as freelancers spend more time tracking down information than actually working on projects.
Pain Points
- Projects from different clients are hard to manage.
- Invoices are scattered in different places.
- Payments arrive at different times
- making it difficult to track income.
- Time spent on organization detracts from actual work.
I’m a freelance designer and for a long time my workflow was honestly messy. Projects from different clients. Invoices in different places. Payments arriving weeks apart. At some point I realized I was spending more time trying to understand where everything was than actually doing the work. So I built a very simple app to solve this problem. The idea is straightforward: * track projects per client * generate invoices * see monthly income clearly * track unpaid balances It’s designed to be lightweight and simple instead of a full complicated accounting system. Right now it works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. I’m curious what other founders think about the idea. Is this a real problem worth solving, or just something I personally struggled with? Roast it.
