Fresh graduates often join tech firms with little to no understanding of the core services and products. They are expected to learn by themselves, which can lead to stress and confusion. This lack of proper training and guidance can hinder their professional growth and job satisfaction.
Pain Points
- No structured training program
- Self-learning can be overwhelming
- Lack of clear guidance and mentorship
- Stress due to high expectations without proper support
Hello friends I am a 23yo boy and completed MBA, aslo done an internship in IT as a digital marketing intren and just joined as a BDE fresher at a tech firm and not able to understand the core services and products though they didnt shown me the products, I am learning by myself by exploring their website and chatgpt and all mixture of that, and now cto called me and told me what I got learned, I gave basic answers like web development, app devlop, erp/crm custom built based on the workfliow of the potential client, but he said take more 15 days I am sending you proposals learn by yourselff, I am like messed up everything on myself, not getting what I am doing, and feeling like stress becoz I am doing by self, though I have came to know a lot but then also, feels like, they arent training me like freshert.., but not getting much interest. And my dad is in the diamond sector as a diamond broker and he is well experienced in diamond since 30 years at Mumbai, bkc (Bandra kurla complex) and I am thinking and wondering if I can join with him, I know I am not much perfect at that but I love when my dad explains me those diamond attributes (not all things but just normal) and all when he comes in hometown in the weekend, and also he is tired since 11 years he is doing the travelling about 200 kms every week. The main thing here So as a brother or friend please tell me or suggest me should I go for join with my father so that I can help him there as much as possible. Please suggest and thankyou in advance.
