Sales teams spend significant time manually finding LinkedIn profiles, enriching contact information, and pasting it into Salesforce. This process is time-consuming and inefficient, leading to reduced productivity and potential loss of sales opportunities.
Pain Points
- Time-consuming manual data entry
- Inefficient process of finding and enriching contact information
- Reduced productivity due to repetitive tasks
- Potential loss of sales opportunities
Me and my brother have been trying to build businesses for years (mostly consulting where I traded time for money) and we kept hearing the seeing the same manual process over the years from sales teams: they spent hours a week finding LinkedIn’s, enriching for contact info and then pasting it into Salesforce. We built ShareCo SalesSync to fix that, one click on any LinkedIn profile and it just grabs real email/phone from 20+ sources + drops everything into Salesforce. It's live as of 3 days ago and has a free tier. Decided to make it a chrome extension because it's so easily adoptable especially by sales teams that are on calls all the time and don't have time to learn new tools. I honestly thought with the deep vertical in Salesforce, validated pain point with actual sales people and some sweaty Linkedin marketing, we had this in the bag. Turns out, all these people saying distribution was the hardest were right. Fuck. So now I'm here asking, did we have the wrong idea making it a chrome extension? Would it have been better as a website or app? If you’re down to try it and tell me what you think, I would love the feedback even if its just to tell me chrome extensions might be dead: [https://shareco.ca/](https://shareco.ca/)
